REGISTRATION FEES

Registration is now open! As the travel restrictions are being eased off around the globe, we are planning the conference as an in-person event and looking forward to a return to full face-to-face gatherings. In case any unexpected restrictions come into place in the future, we will be fully prepared to pivot to a virtual event. Please review all pertinent information before registering below. Regular registration will close on August 3, 2022.

• All conference registration fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). Sales tax and transaction fee will be applied upon checkout.  
• Secure online credit card payments are handled by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 
• Registration fee includes access to all sessions, conference mobile app, all coffee/networking breaks, lunches and Gala Dinner on August 11.
• If you have problems completing the online registration, please contact contact.bpi@ubc.ca.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your registration, please send your request by email to contact.bpi@ubc.ca as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund if it is cancelled on or before May 31, 2022 and 50% refund between June 1 and June 30, 2022. There will be no refund after June 30, 2022.

REFUND SCHEDULE

100% - Cancellation request received by May 31, 2022
50% - Cancellation request received after May 31, 2022 and no later than June 30, 2022
No refund - Cancellation request received after June 30, 2022
